Data deletion instructions

Last updated: May 11, 2025

This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data held by Premierely, including data collected through our Instagram integration via the Meta platform.

Disconnect Instagram (removes integration data)

To remove the Instagram integration and delete all associated data (access token, account ID, username, linked Facebook Page ID):

  1. Log in to Premierely at app.premierely.io
  2. Go to Settings > Integrations
  3. Click the Instagram tab
  4. Click Disconnect Instagram

Disconnecting immediately deletes your stored access token and all Instagram account data from our systems. Future Instagram Story posts will be disabled for all your channels.

Delete your entire account

To delete your Premierely account and all personal data associated with it, send an email to gino@premierely.io with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete. Certain data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. tax records).

Removing Premierely from Facebook app permissions

If you connected Instagram through Premierely and want to revoke app access directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook account settings
  2. Navigate to Security and Login > Apps and Websites
  3. Find Premierely in the list
  4. Click Remove

Revoking app access through Facebook invalidates the access token stored in our systems. We will detect the revocation on the next scheduled token refresh and delete the token automatically. To ensure immediate deletion, also disconnect via Premierely settings as described above, or email us at gino@premierely.io.

What data we hold from Instagram

The following Instagram / Meta data is stored by Premierely when you connect the integration:

  • Instagram account ID
  • Instagram username
  • Facebook Page ID linked to your Instagram account
  • Encrypted Meta access token and expiry date

We do not store the content of Instagram posts, your followers, your messages, or any other Instagram profile data. All of the above is deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
